Admission Procedure:
Step-1: Click on the admission form given on the last page of Courses, fill it up completely, and submit on-line. No column has to be left blank before submission. After the submission of the admission form, you shall receive the confirmation thru email and your admission/ registration number from the institute. One can also send the details given in the admission form through courier/ post/ email.
Step-2: Deposit the fees through any mode of payment through the most feasible, easy & practical method for you minimum of 5 days before the commencement of the next session i.e. on or before the 10th. Or 25th. day of the month. From the next consecutive/ forthcoming session (starting from 1st. and 15th. day of each month) we shall start sending the reading material and from 3rd. day, you shall start receiving the question paper for the chapter received two days back. It is a must to mail back the answers within 2 days’ time from the date of receiving the question paper, failing of which the next chapter shall be held till the response to the question paper for that chapter is received and in such a case your course period shall naturally and automatically be extended for the lapsed period.
This rule is made by the institute to ensure the following:
- That the student is really sincere and dedicated towards the studies,
- One may devote a daily minimum of 2 hours time to read and understand the context of the chapter,
- To maintain the continuity of the intended course and complete it within the stipulated timeframe.
- On the basis of evaluation, he shall be given marks and grades in ‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’ & ‘D’. The ‘D’ grade shall bound the candidate to re-appear at the particular paper/ papers. For re-appearance, no extra fees are charged from such students.
- Besides successful clearance of all the papers of each course, the students shall have to call/ discuss/ interact on the telephone for VIVA Voce. This is done to ensure that the student has really got command of what he/ she has been taught.
- After successful completion of the course, the students would be awarded the ‘Certificate’ issued by the ‘International Institute of Vaidic Culture’, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi-110076, under the signatures and seal of Dr. Anand Bhardwaj, DIRECTOR-IIVC, New Delhi.
